"I recently started a renters insurance policy. I am very happy with the coverage and the cost. The online process was simple and easy to navigate. Today (2/7/2025) I received a call and a text from Jenny, regarding a concern with my mailing address. The phone call only took a couple of minutes, and within 10 minutes I received another text with an update from Jenny that the address issue was fixed. This level of service exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much and keep up the great work."

"So I have been with State farm for 10 plus years and I have never not once with this office had any problems they are absolutely wonderful people they help you through anything and everything they possibly need to help you with their honest a good people and there is one name that I will have to call out and her name is Shawna she is absolutely amazing she has helped me through so much she has given me really good information through them she is helped me as much as she can possibly help me and she has gotten me where I needed to be if you ever need insurance this is the place to go to is the Michael freemeyer State farm they are absolutely wonderful and I couldn't be more happier with this company they're all very understanding and caring people they are sweet and they treat you just like family."

"State Farm at Michael Freemeyer’s office in Clarksville has been nothing shy of extraordinary to work with while getting my wife and I’s home and auto insurance covered. "To whom it may concern, My name is Stephanie A Robles , Angela outley is my claim adjuster. In my opinion this woman is the most unprofessional, rude and off putting individual I have ever had to work with. The first contact with her, she responded that she was backed up on claims, which seems she was a bit overworked. I have replacement cost in my insurance. A claim adjuster is supposed to make the entire process more easier.Per Mrs. Outley even if your name is on the insurance your not to bother her . Your only to call once . Don't ask questions about your claim.she doesn't leave her personal feelings out of it. To go as far as to threat the customer verbally.If you don't do as she says . I had to have my mediation people cc me in an email to verify that she received the plumbers report for it to be included in our claim. We had the contractors contact us personal to ask if he still had a job as it has been over a month.Due to this individual my whole family is thinking about leaving statefarm. Taking the most unexpected incident to happen to a person and making it ten times worse. I tried to change my claims representative due to her off putting nature. Unfortunately I has to wait as nobody but the statefarm agent knows her supervisor or manager information to report her.I would seriously reconsider this person that you have representing the company. "Shauna has been extremely helpful and informative through this whole process! I truly did not know much about insurance coverage until she educated me. She did not just try to sell me a plan, but wanted me to understand exactly what I was paying for and what my family and I are covered for. I appreciate that she took such care to help me make the best decisions on our coverage.
