"Absolutely frustrating experience - State Farm agents absolutely need to to be trained and updated on their policy and complete and utter discriminatory practices. Your response is exactly the reason I’m so angry. State Farm practice is and was wrong. You weren’t on the phone call with the underwriter. So please don’t pretend you have every aspect of this. Yes - you guys an agency tried but at the end of the day State Farm “eligibility” requirement is harmful and shameful. I’m not trying to burn anyone I’m making it very clear I feel that State Farms practice for determining eligibility is not fair, empathetic, and down right discriminatory. Michael in his response wanted deter and go different directions instead of challenging and fighting for his client. It was my interpretation he wanted to take the easy money path instead of fighting for what I perceived as injustice. Some of us have a moral high ground…"

Michael didn't make the decision Anthony just like I told you 5 mins ago on the phone. You are mad and trying to burn everyone you can think of. I offered many solutions, but you would not hear them. Sorry for your frustration. We didn't cause it."

"I spoke to Jane Balderas today over the phone, I had a lot of questions regarding car insurance and about my correct policy with state farm and she has went above and beyond to help me find the best discounts and went into extreme detail explaining everything to me when asked. Very patient with me, seemed happy to work at her job. I’ve always used this location and I will continue too. They have all been super helpful and extremely patient in the past as well. I would definitely recommend this location 100%!"

"Dealing with this company has been nothing but a headache. They rarely respond to phone calls or messages, and when they do, each representative says something completely different. It’s clear that communication is disorganized and unreliable. Worst of all, I was given inaccurate information about what was actually covered. A new claim I made was stuck under an old one and the case was closed. I trusted them to be honest and transparent, but that clearly wasn’t the case. I regret choosing them and wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone."

"Heike, this is 100% untrue not just one part every single section. I spoke with you personally and informed you of your situation. We cannot remove named insureds because you are upset. The account was set up in 2021 and no changes were requested. You are not confused on coverages and have never been mislead. "

"Have been with Michael Freemyer of State Farm for approx. 6 years - very satisfied until the last month. I have left 2 voice messages and one text message concerning rental property in Memphis TN. The voice messages said I would get a call back with 24 business hours -- left message on Tuesday and Thursday last week - This is Wed. the following week. Also left text message on Thursday last week. I have heard nothing. Very disappointed in customer service -- will be looking elsewhere for insurance if they cannot have the courtesy of returning messages."

"There is nothing worse than getting into and accident and being terrified of what is going to happen next. What am I going to do, how am I going to afford to get a car, this is going to financially ruin me etc..... I have been through this a few times and Michael has seen me at my worst. With his guidance and reassurance I was able to navigate confidently through the process and guess what, it was all alright. I honestly do not think I could have done it on my on and I appreciate everything he has done for me over the years. I would not have another insurance agent because I know no one can replace Michael and all he has helped me with over the years. Hats off to you Michael!!!!!!"

"As a soldier stationed at Fort Campbell, I was tied up with nearly two weeks of constant field training and couldn’t respond right away. Shauna Deatherage was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the delay. When I was finally able to follow up, she walked me through everything with professionalism and care, giving me a full breakdown of the quotes I qualified for. Her service was outstanding, and it made the whole process much easier on my end. Highly recommend this State Farm office—especially if you’re military and need someone who understands the demands of your schedule."
